Size Up the Bin

Realized the 20-yd won’t fit it? Call before pickup. If our driver hasn’t left the yard, we’ll swap to a 40-yd at the size-difference rate, not a full second order.

Extend the Rental

Standard is 5 days for C&D, 3 days for roofing. Extension is $15/day for 20-yd, $20/day for 40-yd. Call before the original pickup date.

Reschedule a Pickup

Free if you call before 3pm the prior business day. Same-day reschedules may cost a half-call fee depending on the driver’s route.

Apparel Sizing

If the hoodie or tee doesn’t fit, email us. Standard sizes ship within Canada with prepaid return labels. Crew Portal exchanges are free.
