Quick Fix.

The cart and checkout need cookies. If they aren’t working, your browser is probably blocking them. Here’s how to turn them back on, by browser.

Google Chrome (Desktop)

  1. 1. Open the three-dot menu (top right) and choose Settings.
  2. 2. Click Privacy and security in the sidebar.
  3. 3. Click Cookies and other site data.
  4. 4. Select Allow all cookies or add spikebins.ca to the “Sites that can always use cookies” list.
  5. 5. Reload spikebins.ca.

Microsoft Edge

  1. 1. Open the three-dot menu and choose Settings.
  2. 2. Click Cookies and site permissions → Cookies and site data.
  3. 3. Turn on Allow sites to save and read cookie data.
  4. 4. Reload the page.

Mozilla Firefox

  1. 1. Open the hamburger menu and choose Settings.
  2. 2. Click Privacy & Security.
  3. 3. Under Enhanced Tracking Protection, select Standard (or add a custom exception for spikebins.ca).
  4. 4. Reload the page.

Safari (Mac & iPhone)

  1. Mac: Safari menu → Settings → Privacy → uncheck Block all cookies.
  2. iPhone/iPad: Settings app → Safari → turn off Block All Cookies.

Still Stuck?

Some VPNs, ad-blockers, and corporate networks block cookies even after browser settings allow them. Try in an incognito or private window with extensions disabled. If that works, an extension is the problem.
