Rates are per swap and include disposal of the outbound full bin plus delivery of the empty. HST not included. Outside GTA West may incur a small zone surcharge.
It Makes Sense.
- The crew is on site multiple days in a row, generating debris faster than one bin holds.
- You’ve hit the 5-ton weight cap before the bin is visually full.
- You don’t want a second bin parked alongside the first taking up space.
- Tear-down sequencing means waiting for a swap is cheaper than slowing the demo crew.
It Doesn’t.
- The job will finish within the original 5-day rental.
- You’d be better off upsizing to a 40-yd from the start.
- Schedule is flexible and a one-day gap between bins is fine.
