Rate: $2,750 -- same as 905wood contract.
Same-day pickup: included where available.
Owner-op dispatch fee: bundled into the rate (no separate $225 line).
Clean wood only: untreated lumber, pallets, raw timber. No CCA, no painted, no engineered.
Direct offtake: diverted to bioenergy via the 905WOOD BioHub network.
